Many of our followers have asked what to look out for when it comes to ingredients on labels, in order to eat as healthy as possible....especially for their children. Since motherhood is difficult enough, I wanted to create a list of definite no nos 🚫on food labels. Many people don't know the names to look out for, For example for ME a huge NO is THBQ, EDTA, any dyes, polysorbate, propylene glycol & so on. What are your top 5 NO's?
