The body that God made was made in perfection. We are made with a perfect immune system. The toxins we ingest and the environment that surroundings us, are toxic which lead us to many emotional, mental & physical disorders. Younger generations are falling ill, have autoimmune conditions or experience cancer. We are exposed to toxins that cause mutations on our genes. The pesticides, heavy metals, viruses, bacteria, hormone, spiritual, stress, anxiety etc. Our immune system is here to help, to fight these toxins that can lead to fevers, vomiting etc. What happens when we are exposed continuously? This starts to effect our organs like thyroid, adrenals, autoimmune. They are some kind of disorders where the immunity is going on wrong direction, and the body is left by his own. Diet plays a big part in many autoimmune conditions. Sugar, wheat, gluten and heavy metals cause distention and pH changes. If eventually your pH is changed, & you become too acidic that paves the way for disease. Every cancer patient had a pH that was severely acidic. It's a fine line balance that diet plays a huge part in. Modern medicine simply bandaids that issue rather than addressing the root cause. Don't get me wrong modern medicine can save lives when needed. There is a time & a place for it. Not as a daily go to unlike we are made to believe. Start with these key points for a healthier quality of life. 1.Diet – start dieting and eat healthy. Stick to your new nutrition. Remove the gluten, wheat, soy and junk foods. Eat everything produced on organic, non gmo, grass fed & READ YOUR LABELS. If you can't pronounce it don't eat it! Avoid especially sugar and hydrogenated oils as canola or vegetable oil. Don’t include often alcohol or don’t consume too much caffeine. Intake fats like olive oil, coconut, avocado, omega3, nuts and seeds. All the chemicals you put inside as birth control pills, metals and fluoride should be cut immediately. Consume low sodium and high potassium foods and add probiotics. 2.Colon Cleanse – the most important thing that you should consume is water. Drink it in large amounts, it can be filtered preferably no bottled water. NO fluoride IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM ITS POISON. You can use also aloe- vera water, coconut kefir, ginger, fennel, magnesium and vitamin C. 3.Parasites – the important ingredients include wormwood, cloves and black walnut hull. Many other options are cinnamon, garlic, coconut oil, psyllium husks, bentonite clay and coffee enemas. 4.Kidney cleanse – Use lukewarm lemon water, organic cranberry juice, apple cider vinegar, magnesium and Espom salt, Ginger, Vitamin b6 help flush the kidneys. The pesticides are main cause for kidney failure so you should stay away from them. 5.Heavy metals – First of all avoid unnecessary vaccines who contain heavy metals. (All of them do BTW) Mercury is also not safe and it leads to mood disorders and mental degradation it is known as neurotoxin. Perfect natural detoxifiers are cilantro, cabbage, onions, garlic, chlorella and Brussels sprouts. 6.Liver cleanse – Drink teas like dandelion, lover detox those are known for supporting the health of liver. Ludol’s iodine is also supportive for the metabolism and liver. Additional sources that pull out toxins are also milk thistle, burdock root, dandelion root, beets, turmeric (best when taken with black pepper), curcumin and fermented foods. Use castor oil pack at night, start slow. 7.Skin – Skin is your largest organ. Hormone dysregulation, PCOS, endometriosis and fibroids is caused by slathering lotions, make up, deodorants or fragrances. Epsom salt, baking soda baths, hot saunas, hot yoga will help you remove all the chemicals. Go to the organic products. Consume vitamin D3 no synthetics. 8.Lymphatic system – Use soft massages for removing the toxins from your body. The system is sewer so movements like rebounding, walking, yoga are considered as right ones. Deep- breathing can help also. Be blessed!!
