In my short but long years of being a mother, one thing I have learned is that it is the HARDEST yet most rewarding/important job I will ever have. The days are long, but the years are short. I hope you find some encouragement & know that you are not in this journey alone, under parenting tips these have helped me keep my sanity over the years :)

There are MANY benefits to homeschooling. The most rewarding for me is to be able to see how much they thrive on a one-on-one basis. That & being able to spend that precious time with them "mommy time" as they refer to it, before friends, sports & other activities slowly inch into the "mommy time" I so treasure these days. It surely is not easy however, it is worth it when you see them challenge themselves & then a light bulb go off as if they suddenly "get it" when learning something new. This, for me, makes all the struggle, whining, disobedience & tears (25% of the time) WORTH EVERY MINUTE.

Here are some amazing articles I found such a blessing when I needed a PARENT/SAHM/HS teacher pick me up :) Click under PARENTING TIPS, HOMESCHOOL & ENCOURAGEMENT.

Those that are not able to HS, you are doing a great job in providing for your family. That takes courage as well, please visit the encouragement sections below for some uplifting articles. Be blessed!!
