I didn’t even know I had adrenals, much less that they could become fatigued. I learn something new about how amazing & complex our bodies are & how to heal them with this amazing thing called homeopathy, everyday. Growing up in western medicine, I had no idea there was an amazing doctor called a “chiropractor”. Nor was I taught that you could see a Function Medical Doctor, Naturopathic Doctor or Hilostic Doctor & take several natural things for the common cold or virus (besides a prescription).

A lot of what we put into our bodies….ok EVERYTHING that we put into our bodies shapes the way our immune system reacts & our organs function it becomes you on a cellular level. Ever hear of “you are what you eat”? 100% truth, if we pollute our bodies with bad food & narcotics/RX medicine stay indoors, not get enough water/sleep at some point it will begin to shut down. I absolutely recommend to get tested for adrenal fatigue among other things, the best way is through saliva testing. Search here for your local FMD/NP/HD. Here's an article on the 4 different stages.
