"For those who think our elite cannot manipulate the weather, hurricane Harvey is no different than Katrina. Man made. We have been doing this since the 70s and beyond. 

Chemtrails are not a theory. By doing some research it's obvious. 

The often forgotten declassified Operation POPEYE in Vietnam, shows the magnitude our military is capable of. 

Texas is experiencing this for a number of reasons, could it be to displace one of most conservative and high gun ownership populations in the US that could pose a threat to future plans? Or the fact that we have demanded our gold from the rederal reserve...."
