Should we keep the Sabbath?

Scripture tells us that if we love our Elohim with all of our heart we will keep his commandments.

Here is a teaching linked below explaining why it is important that we keep this day of rest holy. We are to walk just as the Messiah did, in doing that we are considered in covenant, no longer a gentile and are considered Israel, which is the set apart people.
