All returns must be pre-approved by a Customer Service Representative and the request must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Customer must pay for the shipping cost of all returned products, except when it is a confirmed shipping/packing, manufacturing or customer service error.
Upon our receipt of your returned package, you will receive a credit (to the original form of payment) of the initial purchase price less a 25% handling fee. Credit will not include any shipping charges incurred on the original order.
Credit may only be given for re-saleable/re-stockable products returned within 30 days of the date of the invoice (books up to a maximum of 10 days).
The following products are not eligible for credit:
Products with the tamper-evident seal broken or missing.
Products with price tags/stickers affixed or soiled labels/boxes.
Books not in mint condition.
